SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Keego Harbor seeks proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide Professional Cleaning Services according to the attached floor plan. Proposals needed for the following: Clean the public areas twice a week (including mop public areas), vacuum carpeted areas. Mop other flooring in the employee areas (including employee bathrooms), once a week. Cleaning will be done during regular business hours (due to security of the police department) preferably starting at 8:00 am
