SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The East Lansing – Meridian Water and Sewer Authority is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors for a turn-key project for the design, purchase, installation, integration, start-up and acceptance testing of a stationary natural-gas powered stand-by power supply system for its Water Treatment Plant, located at 2470 Burcham Dr., East Lansing, MI 48823. The Authority’s intent is more fully described under Purpose of the Project in this document. Installation shall be complete and the standby power supply system fully operational by June 30, 2017.
