SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a firm or firms to provide professional engineering services to the East Lansing – Meridian Water and Sewer Authority (“Authority”) for its Drinking Water Treatment Plant and Systems. It is anticipated that the professional engineering services may include various disciplines, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and/or electrical. This is intended to be a multi-year agreement. The contract will be for a period of up to three (3) years, being through December 31, 2019.
