SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Dearborn Heights is seeking bids for Parkland Park Comfort Station Project. The Project consists of the complete demolition of the existing park comfort station and the construction of a new built-in-place Comfort Station. This project is funded by community development block grant funds and has specific payroll requirements.
