SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
To provide Preliminary Engineering services for the resurfacing of Center Road from Lippincott Boulevard to Lapeer Road. This project is .44 miles in length and is a 5-lane urban cross section. The ADT for this segment is 25,088. The work includes full width milling of the existing HMA pavement, pavement repairs, storm sewer upgrades, curb and gutter repairs, ADA ramp upgrades, pavement markings and other related items. Construction of this project is programmed for FY 2018.
