SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Mill and resurface Maple Avenue from Center Road to Belsay Road south leg. Mill 1.5" at the edge of pavement at 2% cross slope. Place bond coat and pave with 13A HMA at approximately 200 #/SY, one lift. Make note of existing pavement markings including "Do Not Pass" zones and restripe the same as existing. Tie in cross streets and driveways as smoothly as practicable. The anticipated completion date for this project is June 9, 2017.
