SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Brighton Principal Shopping District requests innovative consultants to submit proposals for the branding services outlined in this RFP. The purpose of the Downtown Brighton Principal Shopping District marketing and promotional efforts is to create a striking and comprehensive campaign for Downtown Brighton. Brighton’s Principal Shopping District Board of Directors seeks a distinctive plan that enhances Downtown’s brand presence as outlined in the Downtown Brighton Vision & Strategic Marketing Plan. At the same time, the PSD Board is looking for recommendations on how to integrate activity between the Main St and Grand River Ave districts and distinguish their unique characteristics.
