When viewing this notice online, click on the link to the specification documents to see all attachments for this RFQ. Ballistic Helmet Purchase Terms & Conditions SPECIFICATIONS Bids shall be in strict compliance with items described in the City of Brighton’s posting on MITN. BID PRICE All bids shall specify itemized prices and total price of the proposal. Unless otherwise provided in the specifications by the bidder, all prices quoted shall be firm for a 12-month period unless noted by vendor, commencing with the date of the award of the bid. Pricing must include all materials, labor, shipping & delivery costs, incidentals and expenses. TAX-EXEMPT STATUS Municipalities in Michigan are exempt from State of Michigan sales and Federal excise taxes and shall therefor not be included in the proposal amount. The City of Brighton tax exempt ID number is 38-6004526. DELIVERY Delivery of all items purchased shall be within 30 days of award unless manufacture delay. PAYMENT The City of Brighton will execute payment within 30 days of receipt of items purchased or 30 days of receipt of invoice from vendor, whichever is later.
