SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Bloomfield Hills Department of Public Safety is seeking proposals from experienced and knowledgeable building contractors to construct a wall in rear of our Public Safety Communications Center. Sealed proposals will be received by the Public Safety Department, 45 East Long Lake Road, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48304 until November 12th, 2014 at 3:00 PM at which time the name of contractors submitting proposals will be publicly noted. The City intends to use the results of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to award an agreement to a contractor that possesses the appropriate skills, experience, resources and reputation to facilitate the scope of work. Bloomfield Hills reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Any deviations from the specifications must be noted on the proposal. We invite you to respond to our request.
