The City of Berkley is accepting sealed bids for the 2017 CDBG Sidewalk Ramp Replacement Program. Hard copy bids will be accepted by the City Clerk until 3 PM on Friday, March 24, 2017.  The project entails the removal of existing sidewalk ramps and replacement with ADA-compliant sidewalk ramps at locations within the City of Berkley. Please review the attached specifications and bid documents for further details. All required documents must be provided at the time of bid opening.  This is a Federally Funded project. The Contractor and Subcontractors must comply with HUD contract provisions, the Davis-Bacon Act, and several other requirements.
