SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
City of Auburn Hills, Michigan 1827 North Squirrel Road Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326 NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID “Fire Apparatus – Aerial” The City of Auburn Hills, Michigan is accepting sealed bids for “Fire Apparatus - Aerial” Sealed proposals will be received until Monday, June 12, 2017 at 11:00 AM local time at the office of the City Clerk, at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud. The City of Auburn Hills Clerk is located at 1827 N. Squirrel Rd, Auburn Hills, MI 48326. The envelope of each proposal submitted shall be Sealed and Clearly Marked: Fire Apparatus No late proposals will be accepted and will be returned unopened. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the date and time of bid opening. It is the intent of the City of Auburn Hills to purchase an Aerial Fire Apparatus. The bid shall also include all additional costs beyond construction of the apparatus. The City of Auburn Hills has the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals, and to select the proposal considered most favorable to the City. This request for proposal includes three separate documents: • Invitation to Bid 10 pages • RFP Bidder Information 12 pages • 100’ Aerial Specifications 213 pages Any questions regarding this RPF shall be directed to Chief James Manning.
