SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
DESCRIPTION OF WORK The base bid will be for the complete interior demolition and related demolition to complete the proposed building improvements for the existing 2700 sf support building. Base bid will require the completion of the itemized bid breakdown sheet, submitted with the bid. Bid alternate “B” will reduce the scope by eliminating the proposed toilet/shower room, the hot water heater and the related plumbing and heating.
