SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Sale of Redford Township Property, 23544, 23548, 23552 & 23556 Plymouth Road, Tax I.D. #79-032-02-0169-000. A pre-purchase walkthrough is scheduled for Tuesday, October 12, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the property site of 23544 thru 23556 Plymouth Road, Redford, MI 48239, the commercial property located at the northeast corner of Plymouth Road and Virgil Street. Information on the property will be available for review at the pre-purchase walkthrough and additional inspections may be arranged by contacting the Township. A certified or cashier's check in the amount of $5,000.00 shall accompany any bid and shall be forfeited as liquidated damages if said bid is accepted and the bidder fails to enter into a Purchase Agreement. The deposit amount will be credited to the purchase price at closing of the sale of the Property to the successful bidder. The deposit amount will be returned to all unsuccessful bidders within ten days from the date the Township has accepted a bid for the property. All checks to be made payable to the Charter Township of Redford.
