SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
SNAP II PROGRAM - DEVELOPERS (PY2015-2016) The Charter Township of Redford (the “Township”) is seeking qualified developers to partner in a reinvestment program through acquisition/redevelopment/resale of tax foreclosed single-family residential structures that are to be acquired from the Wayne County, MI Treasurer’s Office. Properties are primarily vacant with the potential that some properties may be occupied. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will be for the implementation of an acquisition, redevelopment and resale component of the Redford Township Stabilizing Neighborhood Action Plan (SNAP II) Program. Qualified developers, as defined herein, are invited to submit information about their track record and experience in the rehabilitation/redevelopment use projects, financial strength and ability to provide qualified housing, managerial capabilities and other information as may be necessary to demonstrate the ability to develop and complete the project. The selection will be made based on the combination of the verifiable qualifications and developer’s history.
