SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Charter Township of Brighton is seeking proposals for the supply, delivery, installation, setup, maintenance and training of one (1) wide format copier/scanner/printer to be used at the Brighton Township Hall located at 4363 Buno Road, Brighton, MI 48114. The Township is asking for pricing for both leasing options and a purchase option. Prospective bidders may submit multiple proposals for different products or models. The Township asks that bidders that do plan on submitting proposals on different products seal them in separate envelopes. Bidders are expected to be able to make accommodations for Township staff to test the products being submitted in the proposals.
