SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Charter Township of Brighton is seeking proposals for the replacement of a sanitary sewer lift station pump located at 8173 Woodland Shore Drive, Brighton MI 48114. The station is an above ground Gorman Rupp Station Enclosure with two submersible pumps (2). LIFT STATION #6 REPLACEMENT PUMP SPECIFICATIONS: • (1) Gorman Rupp pump which meets the performance curve in Attachment “A” • 4”, 1750 rpm, 3.15” diameter spherical solids capability • GPM @ TDH is 140 @ 115’ • Horsepower is 27 • Full Load amps is 34.0 • Wired at 3/60/460 (phase/hertz/wolts). The replacement pump assembly shall include an un-spliced power cable from the motor to its connection point in the FRP enclosure. The cable shall be suitable for exposure to wastewater and resistant to grease and oils. The cable shall pass from the wet well into the FRP enclosure through a gas-tight seal. • Turnkey Installation Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit this station and determine if any additional upgrades would be necessary or recommended for the most efficient operation of this lift station. Overall condition assessment of station and recommendations may be added to the bid as Bid Alt 1.
