SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Charter Township of Brighton is seeking proposals for lawn and grounds maintenance of Township properties. Township properties include three cemeteries, a wastewater treatment plant, ten liftstations, the Township Hall and the neighboring Michigan State Police Post. The Township is requesting a spring and fall clean up of all properties except the liftstations and weekly routine maintenance of all properties.
