SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Charter Township of Brighton is seeking bids from professional landscaping firms to perform landscaping work at the Brighton Township Hall (located at 4363 Buno Road), three sewer lift stations and three gateway signs within the Township. The Township has been working with the landscaping architecture firm PEA for the design of the landscaping. PEA has written the specifications for the project and will be responsible for the management of the project. PEA is providing separate documents that bidders must review and/or complete that corresponds with this Request for Proposals. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all attachments and addendum (if any are issued). Attachments from PEA will be posted in the week of August 22-26.
