SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Charter Township of Bloomfield, Oakland County, Michigan is requesting consulting services for development of an Asset Management Plan for the Township’s water supply system. The Asset Management Plan must meet the requirements of the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) and to meet the conditions of the Safe Drinking Water Act (Part 16 of Public Act 399).
