SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Bay County Purchasing Division on behalf of the Bay County Register of Deeds will be accepting proposals for the scanning, cropping, enhancing, converting and storing deeds, mortgages and index documents. Currently 495 books containing deeds, mortgages and various other legal documents that are not currently digitized will be scanned for the Register of Deed’s Office at the Bay County Building 515 Center Ave., Bay City, MI 48708. The on-site requirement allows the Register of Deed’s employees to have continued access to the documents during business hours.
