SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Bay County Purchasing Division on behalf of the Bay County Register of Deeds will be accepting proposals for Recording Software. Register of Deeds is responsible for recording, indexing and maintaining the records of all deeds, mortgages, liens, and other legal documents affecting real estate in Bay County along with many other miscellaneous legal documents. Last year, 2015, the Register of Deeds performed a complex project in which all 495 book containing deeds, mortgages and various other legal documents were digitized. This is the last phase of this project.
