SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The Bay County Purchasing Division is soliciting sealed proposals on behalf of the Building & Grounds Division for the addition of 1 ½ inches of new asphalt to the entire parking lot of the Bay County LEC located at 503 Third St., Bay City, MI 48708. "Exhibit A”, available from our Buildings & Grounds Division outlines the project area. Both the Sheriff Department and the Bay City Police Department have agreed to remove all staff and police vehicles from both sides of the LEC for four (4) consecutive days once this project starts. The project MUST be completed by the fourth day barring inclement weather.
