Sealed bid proposals to FURNISH ALL EQUIPMENT, MATERIAL AND LABOR TO PROVIDE AND INSTALL CARPET AT THE CITY OF TROY CITY MANAGER’S OFFICE AREA will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY, November 12, 2015 at 10:00 AM, EDT after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Offices. Late bid submittals are not accepted. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $1,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid.  Unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after bid award. Upon award to the successful bidder, the bid deposit will be retained as a performance surety until successful completion of all the contract requirements. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
