SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Sealed proposals for Architect and Engineering Services for the Multi-modal Transit Facility project will be received by the City of Troy at the Clerk's Office, 500 West Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on October 13, 2011 at 2:00 PM (Local Time). All proposers are required to attend to be eligible to submit a proposal response. One original, plus nine copies (10 total copies) of the entire proposal must be submitted. Cost proposal must be submitted sealed in a separate envelope.
