SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Sealed proposals for ONE YEAR REQUIREMENTS OF WATER SYSTEM MATERIALS will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. Items shall be F.O.B. delivered freight paid to the City of Troy Department of Public Works, 4693 Rochester Rd., Troy, MI 48085 Attn: Water Department. For additional general information or questions about this project, please contact Ms. Emily Frontera, at 248-524-3373 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. If your bid is not to be broken up by item and based on an all or none award, please indicate this on your bid proposal.
