SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Lansing is requesting proposals for a contractor to provide high quality mailing services at a reasonable price. Services include but are not limited to daily pick-up & delivery of 1st class mail from the City of Lansing to the U.S.P.S. Collins Road facility, daily pick-up of presort mail for processing; bar coding, metering mail, and sorting mail to qualify for the lowest possible presorted rates. Quantity not guaranteed.
