SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Technical questions should be directed to Ann Parry, at (517) 483-4454. Plans and specifications of the work to be completed may be picked up from or checks mailed to the Public Service Department located on the 7th floor, Lansing, MI 48933. A non-refundable charge of $35 will be made for each set of plans.  An additional pre-paid non-refundable charge of $10 will be made for mailing plans if requested.  Major contract items:   The work will include sawcutting, removal & repair of concrete joints (contraction, expansion & tied) and the spot removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter, including associated traffic control and area restoration.  Location of work will be approximately as follows: The work is located on Waverly Road between Jolly Road and Moores River Drive. “Estimated contract quantities and items will be but are not limited to the following: • 2,585 sq yds - concrete repair, reinforcement • 2,136 sq yds – concrete removal • 2,089 lft – joint repair/replacement • 42 each – drainage structure adjustment
